1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for UtiliPub™ subscriptions from Flux Tailor LLC (“Flux Tailor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and the Order Form for your subscription. Where a term here conflicts with your Order Form, the Order Form controls.

Subscription fees are stated in U.S. Dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Fees are payable in advance as specified in your Order Form. Where checkout is offered, payments and any refunds are processed by a third-party payment provider that acts as our merchant of record; refunds are returned through that provider to your original payment method.

Separate from the refund window in Section 2, our Terms of Service and your Order Form set out contract-level remedies and billing mechanics — for example, tied to an uncured material breach, our discontinuation of the Services, an extended force-majeure event, a service-warranty issue, or a mid-term reduction in Authorized User seats under an annual or multi-year prepaid Order Form — that are administered directly between the parties and are not conditions on the refund window below.

2. Refund Window

You may request a full refund of any payment made for your subscription — including your first payment and any renewal charge — within thirty (30) days of that payment’s charge date, no questions asked. To request a refund, contact us as described in Section 5.

3. Cancellation

You may stop using the Services at any time. To end your subscription, you may cancel its renewal by giving written notice as specified in your Order Form; for a subscription with an annual term, this means written notice any time before the renewal date. Your subscription then ends at the close of the current term and is not renewed or re-billed. Cancelling does not, by itself, refund fees already paid for the current term, except within the refund window in Section 2. Multi-year prepaid subscriptions are not terminable for convenience before the end of the prepaid term.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued through our payment provider (acting as merchant of record) to the original payment method used at checkout. Because that provider acts as the seller of record, any tax it collected is handled by the provider as part of the refund. Refunds are typically processed within a commercially reasonable period after approval; the time for refunded funds to appear depends on your payment method.

5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund or to cancel, email us at utilipub-support@utilipub.com and include your organization name and your order or receipt number. We will process a timely request under Section 2 and, where a refund is due, process it through our payment provider.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date and, where changes are material, provide reasonable additional notice. The Policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
